I am writing this to confirm that the statements on the wikipedia article about AFF on the talk page explaining my new name and claiming to be from me are in fact from me.

I transitioned in late august 2018 and changed my name socially immediately, and then changed it legally start of 2019.

Gwen Willow Eve Nelson (or just Gwen Nelson) is now my full legal name, as also confirmed in other sources such as my social media - for example see my twitter.

The twitter account @chat_autism is referred to elsewhere as the official twitter account for our IRC network at chatautism.com, and is also used by my wife Amy Nelson.

Someone on wikipedia claimed all the edit history from our shared IP came from Amy - that's because she's my wife, it was our home internet connection via a NAT gateway.

I'd also point out that there's various wikipedia policies of relevance here:

Policy on self-published sources - my own name is something you can cite from my social media and this very page.

Style manual on transgender people

"Refer to any person whose gender might be questioned with the name and gendered words (e.g. pronouns, man/woman/person) that reflect the person's most recent expressed self-identification as reported in the most recent reliable sources, even if it does not match what is most common in sources. Do not use gendered noun forms (e.g. mailman, waitress) that do not match the most recent self-identification" - wikipedia style manual on transgender people

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ANYONE EDITS THE ARTICLE TO MY DEADNAME OR MISGENDERS ME, I WILL MAKE FORMAL REQUESTS TO THE WIKIPEDIA FOUNDATION TO RECTIFY
