RE: Stewghetti
Some questions:
What kind of noodles? Do you have to cook the noodles separately first.
How do you cook the meat, separately, in the sauce and how long?
How much sauce?
How do you cook it all together? in a pot, in oven or microwave.
What are cyan peppers?

RE: Stewghetti
sorry..
-The stew meat should be cooked separately on medium/high for about 5 minutes on each side.
-I use garden choice organic noodles, but any kind will work
-as much sauce as you'd like
-After the meat has finished, and the sauce is boiling mix the two together in a large pot.

RE: Stewghetti
I just hope this dish won't cause excessive flatulence. It would be tasty though.

Yes, I was wondering that too. The only meaning I know for cyan is a colour similar to turquoise which (in physics) you get from blending blue and green light!
As the player's breath warms the fipple the tone clears.
It is time to consider how Domenico Scarlatti
condensed so much music into so few bars
with never a crabbed turn or congested cadence,
never a boast or a see-here; and stars and lakes
echo him and the copse drums out his measure,
snow peaks are lifted up in moonlight and twilight
and the sun rises on an acknowledged land.

It may do but the complex carbohydrates of pasta will help purge the stomach and gut.
That is a good tip if you are going to go out and eat spicy or gassy food. You can have just mashed potato for lunch. It will be much easier on you stomach and gut.
If you anything like me you love the tasty of spicy food but when it reaches you gut, things start to rumble.
