(guess I'm going to have to explain this too)....he harassed me almost daily through grade 12 and my instinct was revenge so I kicked his door in, on the days of school before that he showed up at my school he began calling me on and making a big scene and shoving me around saying he was going to kill me if he finds out it was me who kicked his door in, that pissed me off wich is why I wanted revenge.  I knew he was going to come the next day and try to fight so I brought the weapon to defend myself.

I would NOT have went out of my way to beat him with a weapon, so the purpose was not entirely revenge.  I acted that way because of distress, and thats why the judge let me off.  

If you can't understand the situation, then your at almost as retarded as you look.
