Yes, it is awesome... watching Pokémon and thinking how a fellow Aspie made the most successful kid's craze since soda.

I whole-heartedly agree!
I thought the games were the best, though. The anime wasn't really that interesting to me, but I loved Red, Gold, and Sapphire, and "Catchin' 'em all."

Yeah, those were my best years... I was only a little kid though, but Pokémon has been running for 10 years over here in America. It was at its peak from '96-'02.

Cool, so by your last post have you beat it yet?
P.S. Check you http://www.pokemon-music.net/. Oddly enough, he put a password (though told the public what it was) on all of the multimedia. Just in case you don't notice it, it's [username: charmander7; password: 80325].

A few weeks ago I got Pearl version (in Japanese). Despite not knowing the language, I think it's one of the best generations yet, though the metagame will likey turn out to be too offensive. The best non-battle related fetures imo would be the step counter (it makes hacthing eggs a little less boring; as you know when the egg will hacth) and the return of day/night. The underground part is also very interesting, but I am a bit annoyed because I can't seem to find any of the stones nessary to evolve some of the old pokemon.

RE: Anyone like Pokemon?
I like all of the first movies and first original episodes (Pokémon through Master Quest). Really? I actually more liked the first few episodes (1 - 93). The music was heart-felt, the episodes were awesome, the whole team was together and Ash was still-a-workin' on his Trainer skills. It was truely a better time. It's sad it will never be like that again. My favorite episodes were the first three, the episode where they went out to the outskirts of Cerulean and met Dragonite. My favorite movies where one, two, three, and four. I loved them!! Better music, storylines, CHARACTERS (no MAY and MAX). *sigh*

RE: Anyone like Pokemon?
I like the main Pokemon games (never bothered with ones like Pokemon Snap/ Dash, etc.) and I like to watch the anime, though I don't watch much now. The first few seasons were great, but the new ones are getting a bit old.
I have Pokemon Blue, Silver, Ruby, Leafgreen and Emerald, as well as both stadium games on the N64 and Colloseum and XD on the gamecube. I can't wait for Pokemon Diamond / Pearl (not sure which to get yet - perhaps Pearl), but until then, things have been a bit quiet Pokemon wise.

RE: Anyone like Pokemon?
I thought the anime was really camp, especially with the foppish Team Rocket (Meowth being the most camp) breaking the fourth wall and being really self referential. Their outlandish cross dressing was so **** sexy and trashy, especially considering that Jessie has great tits.

RE: Anyone like Pokemon?
I used to like pokemon. I suppose if they had something an actual pokeball that'd be great. The trading cards just don't do it for me anymore
