Video Games Forum/ Sub-forum
Video games are a common special interest for people on the spectrum. In fact, the vast majority of the Autistics I know (from school, my social group and my sister's special needs school) enjoy video games. For this reason, I think that a specific forum or sub-forum for discussion of video games should be added to the site.

Time out can be any topic you want it to be.... theres no need for a separate subtopic just for Video Games.

I try to avoid video games. They soak up huge amounts of time that could better be spent on sleep, exercise, work, family.... Life is too short.

I haven't played any video games that weren't hand held in awhile....

As long as video games aren't played to an unhealthy extent, I don't see what the problem is.
They have been a godsend to many young Aspies who don't have friends nearby or at all.
I haven't played any video games that weren't hand held in awhile...
I play home console games, but I prefer to play hand held ones alone, as my family are very noisy and distracting!
Anyway, although I'm still in favour of a video game discussion forum/subforum, I'll use Time Out to discuss my interest in Nintendo.
Thank you for the advice.

You can overindulge in books, movies, TV or just about any other form of entertainment too.
Anyway, i'd think that Entertainment and Media is for games as well as TV shows and movies - if there's a demand though we can create a new section.
Be forewarned, it'll be full of me posting Assassins Creed stuff and someone who shall not be named posting Mass Effect stuff.

Transparency: I just voted Yes, but only because the popular vote was already going that way.
