Why is my browser getting checked for DOS attacks/ing ?

This is really weird when I click on another forum site I get this screen that's checking for something to do with DDOS'ing or whatever...

Is this in anyway normal? Or do these sites think I'm attacking them ? A few minutes ago when I clicked on one of the forum sites I visit daily (using Chromium) I got this page that said it was checking or scanning  for D(D)OS attacks.....

Would anyone know what's going on ? ... Sad

I don't know at all, but wouldn't it be your IP that would be checked for DDOS attacks? (Which site?)

Will..... It did happen when I was still on Wrong Planet and that's when I used this proxy from this free proxy site... But this forum site on the other hand is one where I tried to register while under the proxy which failed and I bet that has something to do with it I suppose .... :/
