5 chip/s minimum to ante in and 1,000,000 maximum limit
Each player get's 10,000 worth of chips to play with. just say: "I bet #### chips and I'll deal you some text graphic cards
Note: This is a parody table so I will mess around with you

I think it goes the same for my state too.
Also every time I see the word, "Black Jack". I think of Osamu Tezuka's fictional manga series "Black Jack". <3

It is not illegal to pretend to play black jack/poker, to have virtual (fake) gambling isg\h game-play /poker, to have all pretend money.
Funny - fun idea  problem is keeping track of tallies is quite a feat...
