When the answer is "I don't know".

I am thinking about doing this sometime for a joke.  I ask "what do you want for dinner/lunch/breakfast?"  Usually I am prepared to cook a certain number of dishes depending on what is available.  Sometimes the answer is "I don't know".  I keep telling my husband that I don't know how to cook "I don't know".

So I am going to make a paper sign that says "I don't know" and put it on his plate.  I am a really good cook and I know how to make "I don't know".

Hooray for literalism Smile

When oldest says he's bored, I usually reply, "Hi bored, I'm Mom, nice to meet you!"  It aggravates him, so he usually will find something to do instead of whining about it to me Wink

you should switch it up and say hi bored I'm hammer and nails Big Grin but in all seriousness it seems that in order to have fun usually involves playing Xbox, PS3 or WOW online  gone are the days when a kid would go out and play catch with his father or take a long bike ride with friends or exploring around in the woods, things that kids used to like to do things I did and had no reason why i wanted to them just seemed like a good idea at the time

What's something that he really hates? The sadistic side of me would want to make that and label it "I don't know."

Friends will let you be who you are. Best friends will never let you forget it. I'm just trying to be everyone's best friend.

Oldest, Middle, and the neighbor kid are all upstairs on separate computers playing Minecraft.
