Would You Rather Be Able to See the Future or Go Back Into Time?

I thought this would be intereting to talk about. As the title suggests, which would you rather have as an ability? Personally I'd go with seeing the future because in all books, movies, and TV shows, any time someone go into the past and changes it even in the tinest way possible, something horrible happens and the future and that's person's present is dramatically different. If you could see into the future, you may see a horrible event yet to come and can change the future still as if you went back into time without disrupting the present. I also believe that while you can NEVER change the past you can always change the future somehow. Thoughts?

I'd want to go back in time. I have this fantasy of seeing my grandma as a little girl playing. It was her birthday recently. She would have been 83.

Edit: Looks like my prediction came true.

I might choose to go back in time and try to convince myself to not go back in time.
