Start your day the Gareth way - Shake rattle and roll.Big Grin

Start your day the heterodox way -

150 IU of vitamin A,
20 mg of vitamin C,
25 mg choline,
1 mg vitamin B-6,
trace amounts of vitamin E, vitamin K, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid and betaine

10 mg of calcium
60 mg of magnesium
900 mg of potassium
50mg phosporous
1 mg iron
2 micro g selenium
trace amounts of sodium, zinc,  copper, manganese

fructooligosaccharide for the probiotic flora, or good bacteria, present in the gut.

As I'm sure you are aware the human body has 20 amino acids but is able to synthesize only 10 of those.
Hence I take the 10 missing ones
arginine,
histidine,
isoleucine,
leucine,
lysine,
methionine,
phenylalanine,
threonine,
tryptophan,
valine.

The tryptophan converts to serotonin which is known to improve mood.

Oh, and some boring carbohydrates as well.

What form do you take your aminos in? I used to take "Amino 1500" from holland and barrett before switching to protein shakes and increased dietary meat consumption.

Whats the point of being immortal if you have to live off nowt but millennium after millennium of rabbit chowTongue

Ever tried piribedil gareth? I really recommend it. Mixed dopamine D2 and D3 receptor agonist, as well as alpha2 adrenoreceptor antagonist (like yohimbine, but it must be very weak at A2Ar, as I react really badly to alpha2 adrenoreceptor antagonists, indeed I take clonidine to suppress noradrenergic output.) I loved it for executive function in combination w/ pramiracetam, choline and galantamine (a cholinesterase inhibitor, I.e nerve agent, so it needs careful handling.

Betahistine is another good nootropic agent.

Can't wait until I get the sunifiram (AMPAkine) finished

Wake up around 5:30 6 o'clock. Eat random food item and take Vyvanse and Prozac. Watch TV. Leave apartment. THAT'S how my day begins.

RE: Start your day the Gareth way

Would that be smoked or double smoked bacon?

Personally I'm surprised that a person who is so concerned about what they put into their body, is contaminating their food with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are known carcinogens and hence increasing their risk of gastrointestinal cancer.

I prefer not to smoke while I'm eating. Tongue
