Hello There, Guest! (Login — Register)
Okay just though I'd toss this idea around and would appreciate any suggestions...
I was thinking of a new twist on the Dracula legend, that dates back to the ancient Samaritan period that involved a lot of Occult rituals and experimentation.
What I was thinking was that the old Samaritans had this idea, and idea of controlling evil spirits. By sacrificing a virgin could the practitioners embed his body with a demonic being and take total control of the spirit against it's will.
But the Draconian must feed off the blood of man to satisfy it's eternal hunger while it's in the flesh.
They removed it's heart so it could not commit suicide while it's suffering he curse of flesh and sealed the organ in a cursed box.
While alive, it did mate with women and thus the Dracula bloodline was created but killing it's most recent decedent will not stop the curse.
Finding the original heart of the Draco and destroying it will kill off the wicked bloodline.
I know that's barely a plot there and I don't want to add a protagonist but focus the storyline on the antagonist... I want to create a story of the Draconian bloodline and how it influenced civilization with paranoia and murder of innocent people... Of course I'm still tossing this idea around and it's most likely never to be written like my "Lucky the freaking Elf" story and other brainstorm ideas I've had.
What I mean is this is probably one of those "It seemed like a good idea at the time" kind of moments but yet again maybe I could somehow combine this with my "Lucky the Elf" story kind of like how J.K. Rowling combined another story arc "Beedle the Bard" with her last novel.... :/
I honestly don't know and I usually brain storm when I'm sleep deprived for some reason....
