I thought it was deep too. There is something I wanted to say in reply, but I hadn't gathered my thoughts just yet...

I think- wanting to partake in a discussion against something which I classified my self as doing in the past, I was dangerously close to hypocrisy, so I saw it reason enough to 'confess'.

I think it's deep too. I'm just disagreeing that confession is always a weakness. There's a certain amount of strength in being willing to own up to your wrong doings.
