I got this quote from the Brian Leherer show, but it speaks to what I want for myself.

I want to be able to say this.

That is why I am OBSESSED with finding a career, and geting my life together.
I eat, sleep, job hunt, excercise, and even breath this desire to get my life in order. It's my new obsession.

Its ok to still be growing, but this person has found fulfillment in their lives. Something I haven't found.

I just won't take the economy for an excuse. I just won't take no for an answer. I am 22, I know what I want, that is that!

Those are good goals...something to strive for

Yes, I agree totally with the re-inventing yourself part!  I'm in my 50's, haven't travelled much, but fully intend to do so, own my home (at least, it's on a mortgage that we're paying off), I've had several professions over the past 33 years since leaving high school.  My health, well, that's one I can say I truly suck at, but not really my fault since it's just pure bad luck that I've got auto-immune problems.  And I married my best friend ever.  So I have to say I've done lots and am pretty satisfied with my life as it stands so far, with lots of dreams and hopes for the future that I intend to achieve.  Never give up, sometimes you fall over, and then you just have to get back up, dust yourself off and keep going.
