Dear followers of Christ:
It is our duty and our honor to show the glory of God to those who have not found Him, to be the ones to point people to the Truth that we have been so privileged to know, to share with others the Power that lives in us and reveals to us a world of understanding that we could never have imagined.
Allow me to be so stereotypically blunt as to say: We have failed miserably.
People say that Christians are hypocrites, always urging the world to live one way but neglecting it themselves. We have done little but be exactly the way they describe us, adding fire to their bigotry. They say that there is no God, or that the Bible has long since been refuted, and there is no one to answer them. They say we are lazy and that we hurt humanity and do not help it, and we focus on our high and lofty things, waiting to show the Truth to the world until another time.
That time is up. And Christianity needs people to be dedicated, faithful, and well-reasoning. I'm sure there are people like that on this site.
This is the beginning of a ministry called the Society of Truth. Not that we live together, just that we'd work together: When people said our faith was false, we would answer them! And when there is something that needs to be done, we would do it. It is made of people who are committed to truth and reason as well as faith and service.

Actually, the whole premise of ministry is to focus on the needy, focus on what makes it beneficial... So far when it comes to the Autistic Community and its other counterparts.... I just haven't seen it yet.

Why are you posting this on this site of all places? Are you merely a bot attracted by some of the religiously-themed discussions here, or are you a real person?

Yeah just goes to show that these Christian are no smarter or better then the people trying to spam some penis enlargment pill or some xxx site.They dont want to discuss, they are here to prey on the weak, to convert and steal money from gullibule people.

They feel they are behind the curve in advertising.  But with a product like that, how can you go right?

Yeah, definitely 'no-one to answer them'. Only about 100 million Christians world-wide, including the millions in the States who never shut up about it.

I was already suspicious when I first saw this thread early morning yesterday. Why would this new person post here instead of the new user's thread or in the general section ? I just didn't want to start a fight or offend anyone. What's more this person never answered my Pm I sent him/her yesterday. And you shouldn't judge Christians based on this potential spam bot. If someone African American was to act like his/her stereo type, doe's that make all African Americans bad ? No it doesn't :/

'African American' is not a system of beliefs, so you can't make judgments about someone's personality based on it. 'Christianity' IS a system of belief. You do the rest.

True, but maybe I didn't quite phrase my last post right :/ What I meant was that not all Christians are ignorant, stupid, hypocritical scammers. Just most of them. There are some Christians in this world who actually do care about where your soul is going after you die, and not just about the money in your pocket. I just keep forgetting this little fact, am I no better than the hypocrite Christians ?
