on-line applications

Some companies are doing on-line applications only.  This is fill in their on-line forms and upload resume file.  It is difficult to remember after a few months what I put.  I had someone call about a job and they were asking questions that I put the answers to -- seems odd.  If they have the answers right in front of them, then why are they asking?

Any tips to be better prepared for phone interview questions?  I don't have my computer on all the time.

a. always print it out

b. don't lie, so it's easier to stick to your story
