I'm just wondering what there is to do, when one is high off Caffeine at 1:25 AM Central Standard time?

Reorganize your closet.  Twice.  
Speed read.
Listen to really fast trance metal.  Or thrash.  Or something else really fast.  
Run.  Jump.  Slide!
If you have a matress, and a good flight of stairs (ideally without friction pads on it, and connecting two floors without a landing halfway up) take the matress to the top of the stairs, then you can ride it down.

Sorry, I'm not my usual hyper self right now, so those are all the suggestions I can come up with.

I tend to find a good song, put on headphones and turn the bass up really loud.

I also look up space videos (SpaceRip on youtube) and time lapse videos (google 'temporal distortion time lapse').

Or, if the weathers nice, i go for a walk and look up at the stars.

Or i just lay in the dark on my back, use my stomach as a drum, and either think and/or sing.
