Boy with Autism "feels" the music
Interesting...
Jacob, Blind Boy With Autism, Feels Music Of Street Musician Tyler Gregory
From the musician:
Unlike most kids that come up to me with curiosity, I felt so much energy coming off of him and I was completely overwhelmed. His hand on my leg was very powerful and about brought me to tears while playing. Not because he is blind or autistic.. but because of a connection I have never felt and one that is impossible to explain.

I feel music too. It vibrates through my very core. Not alwayus a good thing.
I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it will be with a knife.

If I offended you, please let me know via pm. I tend to do it without realizing it. I can be clueless as to how my humor comes across. Please be nice about it.

Same here: either listen to music, or work. Both at the same time is impossible.

Similar case, although if i listen to the same song on repeat, and my work is highly repetitive (like checking numbers), my work pace tends to even out.

RE: Boy with Autism "feels" the music
When people here say they 'feel' music is it the instrumentals or the lyrics that do it for you?
I kindof understand this concept but I'm not sure if its the same thing. Sometimes a melody loop with a specific instrumental set up can transport my mind to alternate landscapes.
I love futurist imagery, a specific example would be something like 'Army of Me' by Bjork. I imagine it being the backing track to some sort of blade runner style dystopia.

The instrumentals.
The lyrics appeal to my special interest (language), but only some of them, of course.
You can sort of totally "knock me out" with some (instrumental) pieces of music.

^Agree. Although vocals are nice too if they are not lyrics, but sounds.
