Blasting music through my headphones, especially songs with angry lyrics. Concentrating hard on the music wears me out so I can calm down, although then I get depressed.
Sometimes I will also have a meltdown, especially when there are too many people around and they won't shut up or leave me alone.

If they take my hand, will it be to burn me or to say amen?
