I cannot place myself on this left to right line --------  so none of these choices come close to explaining my politics -- therefore, I cannot place a vote in your pole.

In some ways I out conservative most conservatives and in other ways I out liberal most liberals.  

I am a libertarian (a Jeffersonian Democrat if you will) - not a member of the party either party but definitely of the view.  Like many Asperger's I have come to understand that the simplistic view of political thought can be placed in a line (a right to left spectrum?) is so wrong that it must have sprung from an NT mind, as they seem to abhor thinking about complex intricate ideas.

This of course leads to another question - Is it too simplistic to believe that talking about the Autism Spectrum can be any where close to describing what is going on in the many Asperger's/autistic minds? Oh well, that is another subject for another time.
