I hear the following excuses for why a quick diagnosis (genetic) test for autism is needed.
1.  because it proves that I am not a bad parent
2.  insurance companies want proof or I can't get ABA therapies for my child.
3.  schools want proof or I can't get accommodations
4.  employers want proof or I can't get accommodations
5.  it would take clinician several months to diagnose but with a quick blood test could be done by a lab in a few minutes.
6.  I want a perfect fetus
7.  I want a perfect baby
8.  I want to sue someone.
9.  I want an excuse for my criminal behaviour.
10.  I want 100% proof that I am being discriminated against.
