There is (yet) even moar supremely disturbing and nauseating imagery from the same artist mentioned at Snopes, if you didn't already like the first. The snopes article seems to dispel the rumor about Taiwanese doing this. Not sure about Mainland China. Granted... "atrocity rumors" is a favorite past time of modern- and Commercial Revolution-diplomacy.

Anyways... which philosopher(s) are advocating the murder of a newly breathing, intelligent (yes, even in the case of Down's as Eric Burke proved) and otherwise healthy individual?

I'm a little baffled by this, as you can imagine.
