Unfortunately, your only chance for survival may sometimes be phyiscal ability in a fight.  You might not need to win.  Just last long enough for your opponent to feel remorse.  When a man is holding both your mouth and nose closed, then yo know you must be able to hold our breath long enough, and you know once you can't fight back, your only chance is to appear dead.  So whjen you take in your next breath you get away as fast as you can, as fast as you need to, or you keep faking death, whatever it takes to survive.
