"homosexual"? More likely they called him a stupid gay spakker (or regional equivalent).
Difference is "back in the day" if the police or teachers were even involved, they'd have joined in in some way or denied it. At least he had video evidence of the nasty little *** in the act.

In a way, he's the lucky one. How many other kids are getting that *** every day and are ignored?
