She should watch the cartoon Almost Naked Animals from Cartoon Network. They have a chicken in a bra during the title sequence. It's a kids' show, so it's like a bra and bloomers.

Why, oh why do I have so a very very low tolerance for cartoon network? I am basically, physically horrified by anything (just about) on there...
the art, so bad, the colors - eek! the meanness., brashness..and inappropriateness (for youngsters who I think/thought they were supposed to be aiming for...)
Thank goodness I have not seen nor heard about the naked animals - I shudder to think. Oh sorry, almost nakad-- BIG difference (sarcastic)
fast food in images.... such a seriously serious reaction, makes me worry for humanity kind of eeek!

Cartoon Network never claimed to be The Disney Channel. Not all TV aimed at children needs to be inafantilizing. They are aiming for tweens and teens. Any younger then that, yes your points would be valid. If CN bothers you so much, I suggest you stick to Disney, or perhaps Baby TV.
