Tough crowd. :/ I think that I may go back to lurking. I came around a while back and did not join then because of seeing some of this kind of stuff.

Now a new guy (tambourine-man) comes along and tries to bridge the gap and start things moving forward, and the torches and pitchforks come out. That's not a good way to encourage thinking out of the box or enthusiasm from new people. It is a great way to drive them off. Also think about how it makes this group look to people who are watching this type of in-fighting. It's not a good look.

I have had enough crap flung at me by NTs for not "fitting in" for my 50 + years on this planet. I hate to see Aspies doing the same thing to a fellow Aspie just for trying to make a difference. Please give the kid the benefit of the doubt. He seems to have good intentions...

Yeah, Tam man's the new (inexperienced) guy and apparently he's going to serve as the unwitting new outlet for several years of frustration experienced at the hands of (quite literally, from their keyboards) and financial and legal actions taken by ASpeaks.
