Drebin would win... He would bend over to pick up a penny, knock over the lamp on the table with his ***, the black dude would jump to try to catch it but end up falling in a filled bathtub electrocuting himself in the process, wich would cut the power out, blowing the lightbulb on the chandeller, explosion that would set the cord holding it on fire, letting the chandeller loose and swinging it to knock over the black dude who just come out of the bath, making him throw the lamp on Maxwell Smart head, knocking him unconcious while Drebin would be contemplating his new penny!
