Two steps of approach:

1) If at all possible, do not patronize said organizations.

2) Most of them have corporate websites where people can comment. (Politely) comment, explaining that you won't be their customer for as long as they support this cause, and why.
A very few have no comment available on websites, but people can contact them through other means.

Any sort of really organized effort would probably require us to focus on one at a time, and we'd probably have better luck focusing on the smaller ones first....like what happened with CafePress.

Well, Alex has said over and over that he's not for a cure, and that's why people are mad at autism speaks right? Didn't it start over an interview? I think it's bad for anyone to present themselves as "OMGYOUCANTEVENINTERVIEWTHEMHOWDAREYOUEVENTALKTOTHEM".  I think it would annoy the crap out of me if people kept acting like I was with the cure stuff because of it and kept trying to tell me off whenever they say me at my own sites or chats.

Note: ThinkGeek has permanently stopped giving any $$$ to Autism Speaks.  They are, in fact, now selling a "Neurodiversity" shirt, with proceeds from sales going to ASAN
