There's a similar language called "alfalfa language," where you put "LF" in the middle of each vowel. e.g.:
Bralfavo Alfaspeelfies folfor Freelfreedulfum!
It's more fun to say than it is to read.
Invented at Eastman School of Music in the late 50's, spreading gradually or not at all since.
The point is if you say "alfalfa" in alfalfa language, you never get done.

Gibberish is one of the languages mentioned in Harry Potter...
I think it was spoken by the Goblins.
JK Rowling appears to have made up her own language for the spells they cast, as well: i.e. "Expecto Patronum" has a slight Latin sound to it, but it's not Latin.
