RE: what have you eaten today

Last night had roast chicken with roast potatoes, stuffing and gravy.
The roast potatoes were done in melted lard - just because, LARD.

Today, had a disgusting pasty that i've only partly eaten and about to have some welsh cake instead. I think i'm going native Sad

Leftover semolina pudding, toast and Marmite, tea.

As the player's breath warms the fipple the tone clears.
It is time to consider how Domenico Scarlatti
condensed so much music into so few bars
with never a crabbed turn or congested cadence,
never a boast or a see-here; and stars and lakes
echo him and the copse drums out his measure,
snow peaks are lifted up in moonlight and twilight
and the sun rises on an acknowledged land.

RE: what have you eaten today

A piece of toast for breakfast, four rice crackers (with butter, whoopee!) for lunch, and I had a half-breast of chicken with a half cup of steamed vegetables for dinner.  I'm now enjoying a cup of tea (with milk!) and thinking about going to bed.  Unfortunately I was studying too hard to find the time to go outside for any sort of exercise, but that calorie intake should see me maintain.  At least I haven't gone over the 1000 calorie mark today.

For breakfast: tea, granola, toast & Marmite.
For lunch: North African omi houriya with raw cauliflower florets and pitta bread.
