I will comment on the first two.  The Hebrew Bible did indeed limit marriage to heterosexual couples.  A lot of that seemed to have to do with reproduction, and Jewish survival in what has admittedly been a hostile world.  I still maintain that the Sodom narrative was one about contempt for the poor and needy, not about homosexuality as such.  At no point does the Hebrew Bible fixate on sex.  That is more of a Christian west fixation.  (Jesus himself as a Jew did not fixate on that so much)  There is not a lot in the Hebrew Bible about gays or sex, although Talmudic literature does take a very restrictive stance on those subjects.

In the case of Paul, he was operating in a Greco-Roman context.  That meant that he was dealing with a culture that, like modern culture, was split between old fashioned Roman Republican Puritans who abhorred homosexuality as a Greek influence and the new Roman culture that was embracing it (along with other Greek ideas).  My theory is that Paul wanted to align with the culturally conservative values of the Roman Republic in its waning days.  He did not want to identify much as a Jew, nor would he want to embrace Greek ideas, both of which would offend conservative sensibilities.  For Romans of the First Century, Judaism, Christianity, Greek culture, and homosexuality were all "corrupting influences on the young" who were falling for those things in record numbers.  

My opinion, and my opinion merely, is that much of the attempt to make Jesus "God" had to do with fitting in to pagan culture in which Monotheism was considered strange and abhorrent.  By making Jesus "God's Equal" in the tradition of Greek mystery religions, albeit in a conservative sense without other Greek influences, it may be that Paul was hoping to break ground.  But, I am not scholar so I will cease at this point.  The preceding was opinion merely since I have no deep background to say.

i live in Washington so it take me a lot of money that i don't have to go to the state they live in to go protest them but if i ever so them protesting in Washington i would found them and protest aginest them. and your right Jesus did not focus on that issue a lot. he was more for telling people to serve others. and love others not banning homosexuals. not sure what to make of Paul.

What about the apostle Paul?
