You need to change it here as well - go to your control panel, avatar, and copy the URL for the resized image.

It says it is too big and wont let me yet is smaller than yours :C

I notice that I seem to read a lot into the personality of a person based on their name and avatar. (probably wrongly- after all I get the genders wrong all the time)
