I'm quite the opposite - if I could make one company go under, it'd be MS.

But Windows has Asperger's Syndrome. Wink Macs are Normies and Linux are regular ol' outlaws. Linux does not have Asperger's Syndrome.

So I am Windows... Wink How about you guys?

I'm afraid this statement makes absolutely no sense at all.
Clearly Windows would be the NT's, as they have the most market share.
Macs would be.. uh, I dunno, bleeding hearts and artists or something.
Linux is very, very clearly closely analogous to AS.
As a matter of fact, one could even go so far as to say different distro's could represent different areas of the autistic spectrum if one wanted to go crazy with the idea.
(I don't want to be offensive, it's not meant to be; also this is slightly off topic heh)

>.>; Linux is the common Nerd/Dork/Geek. It does not have Asperger's Syndrome. Give me proof Linux was made for Asperger's folk or made by one. I might reconsider, but the chances of that is highly unlikely. I stick to my statement. I rather be Windows 7 than a Mac or a lone Linux. Wink

I mean come on... Windows has Meltdowns too. ¬_¬

I'll admit this made me laugh till I cried.

However, the rest of your statement is pure ... uh, nonsense.
Linux is Open Source which means anybody in the entire world can contribute.
I can guarantee you that a whole lot of Aspies have worked on it in one capacity or another.  Unfortunately, I cannot point to anybody in particular right off the top of my head, but I am 99.9bar% certain that someone closely involved with the Kernel development is autistic. (whether or not they know it or are dx, that's another discussion.)

Of course, I also admit that I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

As to your image, they nerds... I can't tell if them folks have the Asperger's.

Here is a quote from one of my posts on this forum.

I was kinda worried it was going to be taken that way (dxing people from their pictures).  I really didn't mean it to be evil.
I'm just having fun, btw.
However, I am still sure that Linux is built by a bunch of Aspies.

You could be another Circuit Girl!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeri_Ellsworth

Quote:
Ellsworth then began designing computer circuits that mimicked the behavior of her first computer, the Commodore 64. In this way, in 2002, she designed the chip used in the C-One, a board which was co-designed and manufactured by Jens Schönfeld,[3] as an enhanced Commodore 64 which could also emulate other home computers of the early 1980s, including the VIC-20 and Sinclair ZX81. She displayed the C-1 at a technology conference, and she and Schönfeld received enough business to sell a few hundred units. This also led to Ellsworth receiving a job offer from Mammoth Toys, a company which hired her to design the "computer in a chip" for the Commodore-emulating joystick. She began the project in June 2004, and had the project ready to ship by that Christmas. It sold over a half-million units.

Oh, man...nostalgia attack!  That's every tech convention, sidewalk sale, UG and SIG meeting I went to in the eighties.

As for tech companies, I sure wish Digital Research had had better luck with their IBM negotiations...

Funny, if you search “Stallman’s Beard” in Wikipedia you get to Richard Stallman.
