Executive dysfunction, Weak central coherence and the DDA

Not sure if this has been discussed but I think it's very relevant.  Consider how any difficulties that Aspies have at work may relate to executive dysfunction/weak central coherence and how the policies, practices, procedures, environments, job descriptions etc at work may be inimical to people for whom executive dysfunction/weak central coherence is a reality. Then apply the General Duty, Section 49 of the 2005 DDA to those situations

RE: Executive dysfunction, Weak central coherence and the DDA

You posted up the results of a google search, not links to specific articles.

I find that I can do work just fine when policies, practices and procedures are explained in writing and given practical examples of when they are applied.  Most of the time, nothing is explained at work and people in general do not follow procedures, policies and practices.  I usually find that exemptions to the rules are being made with no logic and no consistency.  Sometimes it is very difficult or impossible to follow guidelines when necessary equipment is not available or there is not enough time given.  I can point these transgressions to the rules out to superiors but seldom is any action taken or advice offered.
