So why is maths so hard?

And why do adults ahve no value for autistics feelings and consider us to be mechanics?

RE: Maths

Math is not as difficult as studying literature because math is logic.  It has process, logical steps and one correct answer.  I crave that everything were like math.

Apparently 80% of all communication for NTs is by non-verbal means.  People with autism use less non-verbal communication and understand less.  I prefer written communication or verbal communication that is concise and compact.

RE: Maths

about 15 years ago i broke my heel i thought i would not be able to continue with manual work and at the time i couldn't
i went to college since i had no qualifications i had to do a foundation course maths and English at school most of my written work was marked with one red diagonal line corner to corner my maths was the opposite i was only marked down for presentation my calculations were right
at college i still could not succeed in English but i could have done the maths exam on day one
anyway whilst i was on this course i asked the maths teacher if she could show me the formula for working out roots she said there isnt one other than guess check and adjust until you find it i thought this formula must exist
i decided i would discover it i am still trying

i never finished the course i went back to work
