What's your favourite Tim Burton film

Have you heard of Tim Burton and do you have a favorite film by him.

My favorite film by him is probably "Sweeney Todd". And my second favorite film by him is "Edward Scissorhands".

I loved Ed Wood - hilarious and weepy in almost equal measure. I still have yet to see any of EW's actual films. Big Grin

As the player's breath warms the fipple the tone clears.
It is time to consider how Domenico Scarlatti
condensed so much music into so few bars
with never a crabbed turn or congested cadence,
never a boast or a see-here; and stars and lakes
echo him and the copse drums out his measure,
snow peaks are lifted up in moonlight and twilight
and the sun rises on an acknowledged land.

Definitely "Nightmare Before Christmas." Saw it as a kid and I'd never seen anything like it. "Corpse Bride" had the same spirit and was just as good.

RE: What's your favourite Tim Burton film

My favorite Tim Burton film is Alice in Wonderland. I started getting obsessed with it about a month before it hit theaters, and I've continued to love it ever since. You should see my bedroom - wall-to-wall Alice stuff. Big Grin

But I also love Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Edward Scissorhands, Sweeney Todd, Sleepy Hollow and Ed Wood. So basically all the films he's done with Johnny Depp except Corpse Bride. I didn't really like that one very much for some reason.

And when I was a little kid I loved Beetlejuice and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Nightmare Before Christmas
Alice in Wonderland
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Sweeney Todd
Ed Wood

But No.1 would have to be Nightmare Before Christmas.

RE: What's your favourite Tim Burton film

It's not on the list, and he was only listed as a co-producer, but my vote is for "9".
