The one that comes to my mind is Metallica's "Welcome Home Sanitarium". Every time I think of that I think of the personal entrapment I felt during my years of psychiatric visits in my preteen and early teen years. I always have this idea in my of a made-up music video using greenish and bluish lit sanitarium facility with me walking through it to be experimented on and intimidated by observation and suffering from medication. The song very often reminds me of those horrible years and my first psychiatry visit and how trapped I felt, sometimes even making me cry and I have to stop the song.

I somehow relate to this song for reasons I do not know... I am not sure wether it is a sad or happy song... maybe both... perhaps that gives a clue as to why I relate to it... I don't know...

^just noticed how the line "this story's old but it goes on" from play crack the sky by brand new was lifted from the aforementioned song. in fairness morrissey's influence went a long way.
