Although I was apprehensive about posting what I did, I think I was also shaky because of the shock of recognising my own situation described on the ASPIA website.  I had been thinking of little else for the few days before I posted, and my reaction to that kind of stress is to shake physically.

I knew that what I had to say would probably not be well received by some here, and that was why I didn't post as soon as I might have done.  But I am not one for suppressing my own opinions out of fear of the reactions of others, on-line or in real life.  Still, it isn't always easy.
