Harold Dohorty, who runs that blog, is known to disrupt discussion in comment sections on several blogs and social network sites. His rethoric tends to be rather repetitive, and repetively refuted. I regard him as a troll.

Don't bother with him. He thinks ANY insult towards autistics, or systematic exclusion, does not really matter - because of the fact that some autistics do not speak.
He frequently states that his experience with autism is "reality" while other people's[more precisely all those who disagree with him] views about it is fraud.
It seems like he regard conversations between autistics, the idea of intelligence among autistics, the idea of autistics representing anything about autism, and the idea that any autistic person can accomplish anything positive ever, as insults towards his "reality" of autism.
