Mixing it a crime? depends how. It makes some great cocktails. I like it either ice cold and neat, mixed with lime cordial, flavoured with a few sprigs of fresh lemon balm from my bushes in the garden, vodka and tonic, vodka with ginger ale, or one of my absolute favourites, with bitter lemon and ice. Or maybe flavoured with slices of fresh ginger root, cut into thin slices. So when one's glass is finished, there are fiery hot sushi-esque slices of ginger to nibble on.

Other favourite drinks of mine are gin and tonic, a  nice cold pint, lady grey tea, lemon balm tea, made with balm fresh from my herb garden, which has no caffeine in it, and the opposite effect to caffeinated drinks; a calming, very gently sedative effect due to a gaba transaminase inhibitor. Tastes absolutely delightful served steaming hot flavoured with acacia or lime blossom honey. Or Frank's alcoholic rootbeer.
