Pleeeeeeze, may I have a glass of Riesling, Rossco?  It's been an anxiety-filled week, trying to come up with various plan A, plan B etc for the trip to California I'm about to take.  If I were a real grownup I'd rent a car and drive to where I need to go....but no.  So I've got convoluted bus and train schedules, and meet ups with people I've never met, to traverse the couple of hundred miles I need to traverse.

But.....I'm going to Esalen!  Yeah.
Max, Erich....can I call you if I get totally stranded en route someplace?

I can't make fun of you because I'm doing the same thing! Actually, I found out about the Ninja Turtle cocktail whilst trolling through Google Images for a pic of a Ninja Turtle I could Photoshop into my new avatar. That led me to the In-the-Spirit Cocktail Recipe Index (with pictures), where I've been studying the pretty pictures and exotic ingredients for about a week (can anyone say, "new special interest"? ). I totally forgot about Wikipedia </facepalm>.

Also, I don't drink alcohol irl, except for:

• 1 sip of red wine at a wedding reception when I was 12;
  
• half an ounce of Schnapps when I was 15;
  
• one swig of beer from a bottle an uncle gave me when I was 18 (which I spit out because it tasted vile )

Doctorboy I will get you a Jager Bomb...tell me when you find out what it is and the protocols of drinking it are. Idon't know if they are on Wikipedia. I have a bit of a thing for them.
