something with a time delay would be great.

I am so sorry about your dog.  So sorry.  I understand your pain.

Hands you a magical time release drink, which will numb things a bit.

Korrigan, probably not after drinking itBig Grin

By the way I love your avatar pic, that gal was seriously cute, for a corpse, argh I can't remember the name of the guy who came up with it, the one who always has that slightly surreal, creepy nightmare-before-xmas-feel to it, but the corpse bride rocked.

Thank you, I also love Tim Burton.

Alright, so punch number one is punch and booze, and punch number two is punch, booze, and booze?
I'll assume that two's the one surrounded by eight empty bottles, rather than the four at number one. Big Grin

You would be correct....but I definitely would not try number one if you were looking for a safer option. Smile

Scooter and I are spending a rare Saturday night indoors tonight.  It feels a bit odd.  I feel like I should be somewhere drinking, so here I am. Smile

I'll have a.... cherry bomb please.  Do you guys keep a deck of card around here?  Anyone up for some poker?

Oh, Scooter would like a Three Wise Men, when you get a minute.  Thanks

Grumpy: sorry I got here late, got held up in traffic. Some goose in a white car was stalled at the lights. Seemed to be banging his head on the steering about something. Anyway....

I'll have a couple of cans of XXXX Gold. If not, then a couple of Vic Bitter.

Alas, poor Yorich; I knew him Horatio. Horatio? Where are you?

Must be down the pub with Hamlet.

Well three very welcome customers. Jager, Long Island Tea and a XXXX, so what are the rest of you having. No there you are. I might have my usual. Bourbon and coke, with vodka shot spacers.

RE: Grumpy is opening the bar...celebration time!

That jagermeister stuff is great, only time I've ever had it was when a mate brought a bottle back from the dam, I don't think you can get it over here in the UK :/

A nice mix I tried was layering a shot of jager over a shot of absinthe, try it some time, it warms you up all the way down, and gets you pissed FAST Big Grin

Another good one is tequila, a big dash of fresh lime juice, and top the rest up with soda water, float a few slices of lime in it and some freshly grated off lime peel. I don't have a name for it, but its my favourite drink in the summer, when its hot.

My last recipe that I know how to make, is taking a leaf out of the book of prohibition era ireland, back then when alcohol was banned and the oirish lot weren't drinking that lethal poteen stuff they used to brew, the intoxicant of choice was ether, believe it or not, and it burns drank neat, back before the filth took my lab, I tried a 'cocktail' of half diethyl ether (non-peroxidised of courseTongueBig Grin) and half vodka, down one of those and immediately such on an ice cube to stop the burn.

No hangover at all, very dissociative, and doesn't mes my digestion up like alcohol tends to do, only disadvantages are its as flammable as the devil's flatulence, low boiling point so it stinks to high heaven, and it has a tendency to form peroxides and hydroperoxides, that are VERY brisant, sensitive primary explosives, takes about 5-10mg to obliterate a piece of glassware (and you can just bloody bet it'l be your most expensive, brand new spinning band column, chromatography column or soxhlet extractor if it gets the chance haha)

So many fun possibilities where alcohol comes into the picture, it can be turned into so many different related psychoactives, nearly all of them more fun than the original alcoholSmile
