oh and almost every cheese experience is a bad one eventually....i'm lactose eintolerant you see. It usually starts off well though...
queso fresco is a special type of mexican cheese..very yummy.

My cousin's got lactose problems, he takes these pills that help him with dairy. Can you take anything like that? Also, would you like the quesadilla fried? If so, butter or olive oil?
