It's currently 9 a.m. here in Australia. The sun is belting down out of a cloudless sky and the temperature is already beginning to climb up to a predicted maximum of 27 degrees celsius. Which is pretty much spot on for early autumn here. I've got a study day at home, and the house is quiet since Vernu and Lauren left, one for work, the other for uni. I will presently hit the books and wrestle with the illogicity of Japanese grammar.

April 22nd, 10:45pm cool, buggy night.... Considering that in Botswana it's considered Fall, and the fact that a dog was being evil at me earlier (but nvm the dog)

RE: What time is it where you are/and day of the week/and weather/ and season?
5:10 p.m. here in Canberra, it's been raining all day and been freezing cold all week, we're really into the winter weather now. The sun has set already, exacerbated I think by heavy rain clouds. At least my garden is loving all the rain, I've got the Canberra Bluebells (our Territories Official Flower) blooming now for all they're worth, and the lime tree has given us it's heaviest crop of limes so far in the fifteen years I've had it. I did have a nice heavy crop of guavas coming on in my three guava trees but the damn birds got into them and ate them all. I've invested in some bird netting to protect them, but there's only about three or four guava fruit left untouched now, so the effort was a bit wasted. Btw, why is it that US people call autumn "Fall"? Is it because the streets get slippery with mud or ice? Always wondered about that one.

3:34am (eastern standard time), USA, its nighttime so the wind is blowing, and its nice out...summer's on it way...or here.
eh, we call it fall because everything starts falling (leaves, nuts, fruits, branches, etc)... it has nothing to do with people falling, just things falling on top of people.

It is 8:35 AM, on a Friday - going into Memorial Day Weekend... so the official beginning of summer here at the Jersey Shore (USA). SO while the calander says it is still late Spring, (and it has been very rainy, very as of late) the pool is ready and it wll probably be in the 70's today. (foggy right now)
