Prions?
I had a professor that clearly loved to say "prions." He would say it over and over again, with a slightly higher pitch to his voice, overemphasizing the "pri" so it sounded like "preeeeeeeeons."
Makes you wonder what the heck else is out there....not goofy professor, the prions.....

I wonder what is better, white matter or grey matter? Is it like light and dark meat? Probably, but the white part would be tastier because it is coated in a fatty insulation.
