I think that the idea is that discussion is allowed as long as it moves a particular action towards a goal(as opposed to 10-page-long threads of "that's so horrible!someone should do something!")

I'd be interested in joining once I've got some personal troubles sorted out - exams, tribunal etc. Right now I've got too much going on in my life to commit, and I'm suprised I haven't got bald patches from pulling my hair out.
