I met my husband 14 years ago, he and I are absolutely aspie. He is my best (probably only if I am honest) friend. Before we married he was offered work abroad, I realised then that I couldn't live without him so I sold my computer the only asset I had, to purchase my flight ticket to be with him. We had to get married to stay together so I could get a valid visa otherwise we would have just lived together. We are not romantic we buy practical gifts for each other and are ecstatic, while other women scorn him for his behaviour. His favourite saying is "My wife understands me absolutely".
