RE: Where Aspergia would be?
But where would that leave Aspies who aren't research scientists?

It is time to consider how Domenico Scarlatti
condensed so much music into so few bars
with never a crabbed turn or congested cadence,
never a boast or a see-here; and stars and lakes
echo him and the copse drums out his measure,
snow peaks are lifted up in moonlight and twilight
and the sun rises on an acknowledged land.

I personally favor establishing a settlement in either Pitcairn Island , or Ascension Island , since they are both remote, tropical, and sparsely populated. Especially Pitcairn, which only has roughly around 50 people currently residing there. We certainly would not want to risk clashing with hostile natives, you know.

RE: Where Aspergia would be?
I usually imagine it as either some place very cold and isolated (like Antarctica or one of the surrounding islands), or as a massive floating city cobbled together out of old oil platforms and barges and stuff (kind of like a crude version of the Freedom Ship, http://www.freedomship.com/ ).
Well, you could come to northern Canada. We're always looking for people to actually live up there so we can continue to claim it's ours.
I don't recommend it, though. Really, really cold.
Hey man, the eskimos live there along with the drowning polar bears and seal hunters XD and if you lived there long enough you'd get used to the cold! XD

OMG, somewhere in AFRICA, they always have wars there so it shouldnt be THAT hard to take over if we had lots of money, I mean LOTS of money. so just go in there make a large large large wall, kill off the natives, establish our country, gain nuclear war heads, establish a self supporting economy.... TADA!

According to the above link, a contract of employment is a requirement to stay on the Ascension Island. And as for Pitcairn, read this and ask yourself if it really sounds like a des res.

RE: Where Aspergia would be?
well once we had enough money we would buy the island and ship the population somewhere else. (preferably Sweden just to annoy them)

Wherever Aspergia is, you know a lot of cats live there. in fact, for many of us, our first contact with fellow aspies were our friends in feline form. If Darwin had been an aspe, we would have had "The Scopes Kitty Trial." And its no coincidence, that so many of our avatars are cats
