RE: The Political Spectrum

Not precisely Socialist, but closer to it than any of the other groups listed.

Mmmm.... such things are never clear-cut are they?  Socialist on some things, liberal on others...

RE: The Political Spectrum

Hello,

I chose “liberal”, because I agree with that ideology more than the others listed. However, I am not strictly liberal, and I sometimes agree with other political ideologies as well. I guess I fit “just Will” and “mix” the best.

Joel,
Well, *I'm* liberal as hell...  Wink

There's a site called Political Compass that has a test that you can take that charts political positions on a 2-axis graph. One axis is the traditional left-right, the other is libertarian-authoritarian.

I was down in the liberal/libertarian quadrant, around people like Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and the Dalai Lama.

  I'm in good company.  Smile

RE: The Political Spectrum

I'm for a mixed economy of socialism and free enterprise with a strong executive component. That being said, I posted an earlier thread to the political compass website http://www.politicalcompass.org/
