RE: People I'm missing

I use to PM Noetic all the time when she was here; I think she still posts on Outpost Gallifrey (a Dr Who website).

Woman from Mars has been experiencing power cuts--its very windy in Scotland at the moment. This may (in part) explain her absence.Shy

And Bob Bobson found himself a girlfriend--I think that’s why he no longer posts.Smile

I hope Sarah is OK.
And Max too.

We’ll probably see Ian on the next series of ‘The Apprentice’.Tongue

I miss that bear. Smile
Perhaps he's just 'out to lunch'.

Bear sighting.
Or maybe he hibernates over the winter period.Smile

Wasn't Noetic the lady who thought that most of us also have bipolar?

RE: People I'm missing

I remember Neotic as someone who was easy mix up with Callista and had read alot of books on autism.

By searching for Neotic and bipolar on AFF I didn't find anything:

Yes, I recall thinking that if Woman from Mars lived closer I'd take her out and buy her a beer. Ian had started a new job, as I recall. I will not indulge these thoughts any further, though. I will be glad for whomever is here when I visit. Smile

She's the one who took everything very literally... even moreso than me, which is quite surprising.  She did say a lot of interesting things though and I did enjoy her company here, very much so.  I do miss her.

But it seemed if you told her you have a trait not associated with Asperger's, or lack a common Asperger's trait, she would say you fell from the criteria of Asperger's found in X or Y book that she read.

And then she'd go on to suggest this unusual trait, or lack of a trait, means you probably have this "Aspie cousin" combination of personality disorder/ADHD/bipolar 2 that X or Y author talked about, in a book she had just read.

RE: People I'm missing

I was going to say I missed ADoyle but I see she has posted again very recently.

Ziyaret hasn't been around for a while but I don't think too many people would miss him?

Ren Chou and Couldbecousin are two more who I miss seeing on these forums. There was another lady who lives in New Zealand and I am trying to recall her name: she was really nice.

Yeah, I miss Nyanchan. Karms hasn't posted for a long while either and neither has Fruitcake.
