As a person with Objectivist Economic views, I'm just going to try and ignore that. (Vote Zombie Ayn Rand in 2012)

RE: Fun Political Test

I'll play, since this has been necro-bumped, though I find this quiz far from perfect in that it presumes everyone taking it is in favor of government of some sort.

Economic Left/Right: -4.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -8.46

RE: Fun Political Test

I did this ages ago and, as I remember, it had a very US flavour to it.

pika - cool chart! (My dot was in the bottom left quadrant right below 9almost on top of Nelson Mandela) I don't understand the results at all, as someone else mentioned US terminology is nonsense, but I liked the questions.

I re-took it and now I am a little below mandels EXACTLY on top of the Dalai lama

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -5.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.54

RE: Fun Political Test

I couldn't actually remember if I'd posted mine but it seems I haven't.

And I have done a different one in the past, which came up as:

"Philosophical problems arise when language goes on holiday" - Ludwig Wittgenstein: April 26th (my birthday!) 1889-April 29th 1951 (supposedly HFA Austrian-British philosopher).
Your score: 47
0 - 10 = low 11 - 22 = average (most women score about 15 and most men score about 17) 23 - 31 = above average 32 - 50 is very high (most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 35).

RE: Fun Political Test

Slight left, extreme libertarian. Which makes sense, seeing as how I'm an anarchist with mutualist and collectivist tendencies.

RE: Fun Political Test

Hmm, I ended up right in the middle left/right, and just slightly libertarian.  I expected to turn out more of a conservative, though.

It just is what it is.
